The role:

Business-to-customer sales calls (no cold calling).
Customer relations management and client liaison.
Data entry.
The role requires the ability to quickly grasp new information, learn about various products and services, and efficiently navigate multiple Customer Relationship Management systems.
What we are looking for:

Energetic/bubbly personality.
Experience working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a result-focused mindset.
An eye for detail; ensuring accuracy and precision in customer interactions and administrative tasks.
Customer-oriented and solutions-focused; business-to-customer relations are paramount.
Ability to learn fast and multitask while navigating multiple systems/platforms.
Experience in the Energy and Telecom sales industry and/or sales is highly desirable for this role.
