Contract Psychologist

Private Practice - Beaudesert

We are looking for a contract psychologist to join our well-established boutique psychology practice located in Beaudesert (45 - 60 minute commute from Brisbane or the Gold Coast).

· New graduates can earn up to $170,000+ per annum

· Experienced contractors can earn beyond $220,000 per annum

· We provide all referrals and manage all the administrative and compliance aspects (e.g., Medicare audit requirements) of the work – session confirmations, rebookings, filling vacated appointments, managing wait list, diary management, payments, rebates, ensuring Medicare-compliant referral, checking session limits, flagging when reports required, printing and mailing reports etc, liaison with referring doctors as required, answering client enquiries, attending to intake and consent documentation, file management.

· We enjoy a very low rate of no show/vacant appointments with less than 5% of available appointments not filled

Key Requirements

· Psychologists must be fully qualified, registered with AHPRA and are eligible for a Medicare provider number.

· Experienced practitioners and new graduates encouraged to apply

· Minimum 1-2 years experience preferred for this position

Our Boutique Practice

· Our practice is well established with more than 25 years experience servicing the communities of the Scenic Rim.

· We have excellent relationships with a range of referring GPs and medical specialists and work with clients of all age groups, conducting individual, family and couples therapy.

· All therapy is provided on a private practice, fee-for-service basis with no bulk-billing.

· In addition to Medicare referrals, we also see clients under EAP Programs, insurance and WorkCover claims, and via NDIS funding.
