We have the pleasure to recruit Experienced Mower Operators for our client in their Open Space/Parks and Gardens division based out of their depot in Pakenham, VIC!

These positions require you to work within a highly experienced Horticultural team, maintaining some of the South's most beautiful and highly regarded gardens, sportsfields, ovals and parklands. What an incredible opportunity!

Core responsibilities (role dependant)

Zero Turn/Front Deck mower operation

Herbicide application

Leaf Blowing

Brushcutting

Turf machinery operation

Playground, furniture & signage maintenance

Skills and experience

Zero Turn/Front Deck Mowing experience - Essential

Sportsfields/Sports Turf Management experience - HIGHLY REGARDED

Commercial Parks & Gardens & Horticulture experience-highly desirable

Current Victorian Drivers Licence - Essential

Relevant Horticulture/Turf industry certificates/qualifications -highly desirable

MR/HR licence-highly desirable

Knowledge of herbicide application techniques-highly desirable

A desire to work in the outdoors

Fit, healthy and work well within a team

Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic

Strong commitment to and working knowledge of safe work practices

Any certificates in Horticulture/Arboriculture desirable but not essential
