About the Role
We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers to join our Melbourne based team.
You will be providing supports for local community members to live independently
and live a life of choice and control. We are seeking applicants who are dedicated,
value oriented and people focused!
Key responsibilities include:
 Supporting our customers to achieve their goals
 Facilitating individual & group activities
 Transporting customers to & from services & activities
 Maintain & establish links to community
 Promoting independent decision making

Skills & Experience
 Driver's licence
 A current First Aid Certificate, which includes the course HLTAID003 or
HLTAID001
 Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks;
including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and
NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Disability Services, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or hold a
valid medical exemption certificate. You will be required to provide evidence of
your vaccination status during the recruitment process.

Benefits:
 Pay rates of $31.50- $49.60 per hour + penalty rates as per the SCHADS
