We're proud to be partnering with a leading healthcare provider in Tasmania to recruit a dedicated Nurse Practitioner specialising in wound care to join their Primary Care Team. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers a rewarding career in a collaborative, patient-focused environment, where your expertise will directly improve outcomes for individuals with complex wound conditions.
In this role, you'll assess, diagnose, and manage advanced wound care cases, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based solutions. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to ongoing professional development initiatives.

Key Benefits:
- Salary: $144,146 + 12% superannuation.
- Post-Graduate Allowance up to 7.5% (subject to eligibility).

- Relocation Allowance (up to $15,000 for international and $10,000 for interstate candidates) for eligible candidates.

Eligibility:
- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with relevant wound care qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner registration with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain.
- Registration to work with Vulnerable People
- Current Driver's Licence (desirable)
