We’re seeking a reliable and committed Studio & livestream Production Assistant to support our in-house studio team. This is a casual contract role with the potential to develop into a permanent part-time position for the right person.

Key responsibilities

Be onsite at our Sydney CBD studio on scheduled livestream days (approx. 11:30am–2:30pm) to cover:

Pre-session setup (camera, microphone, lighting checks)

Live broadcast support

Light post-production (cutting, trimming, uploading content)

Work collaboratively with the marketing and production team to maintain a professional broadcast standard.

Schedule & availability

Livestreams are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays (with occasional Wednesdays) and sessions run from 12:30–1:30pm.

Sessions run during school terms only (meaning there are no livestreams in school holiday periods).

A calendar of sessions and hours will always be provided in advance so you can plan ahead.

What we’re looking for

A genuine interest in media, communications, or video production.

Someone reliable, punctual, and professional — we need to trust you will consistently show up when scheduled.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced production environment.

Knowledge of OBS, iMovie and RodeCaster systems is highly regarded, but not essential (training provided).

Basic video editing skills are an advantage.
