Plum Partners provide a service to Real Estate Agents to support them in setting up and running their own business. We offer administrative, branding, mentorship and bookkeeping support to over 30 partners and are growing at a fast rate.

Our bookkeeping team looks after day-to-day jobs for our partners including AP/AR, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, BAS and Superannuation. .

What We're Looking For:

An allrounder BAS Agent/Bookkeeper/Senior Finance Officer

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices

Experience with Xero

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Intermediate/Advanced use of Excel

Payroll experience including lodging Superannuation (commission payroll or real estate payroll a plus)

Comfortable navigating and interpreting the award

Ability to prepare and lodge BAS (under our registered BAS Agent)

Accounts Payable/Receivable experience

Strong communications skills and ability to work independently

Open to change and easily adaptable

Minimum 3-4 years of bookkeeping experience required

The Role:

Overseeing: Managing and Training a team of fantastic offshore bookkeepers, instilling a culture of continual improvement.

Onboarding Accounts: Conducting meetings with new Partners to onboard and help them set up their accounts

Relationship Manager: You will have a portfolio assigned and you will need to be comfortable helping clients over the phone, through email and zoom meetings

Policies & Procedures: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to create an optimal workflow

Troubleshooting: Using your exceptional problem solving skills to help the team with any issues that arise
