We’re currently partnering with a range of successful accounting firms, from established boutiques through to larger mid-tier practices - across Brisbane’s Southside and CBD.

Each firm offers something a little different, but all share a common goal: to bring on an experienced Senior Bookkeeper who can manage end-to-end bookkeeping, and contribute to the success of their teams.

Flexible working arrangements (1–2 days WFH once settled)

Competitive salary 75,000 - 90,000 (depending on experience)

Typical Responsibilities Include:

Managing day-to-day bookkeeping for a range of clients

Setting up and refining client systems and processes

Accounts payable and receivable management

Payroll processing, including superannuation and entitlements

BAS, IAS, and GST preparation and lodgement

Bank and general ledger reconciliations

Assisting with month-end, cash flow, and management reports

You’ll bring:

Advanced Xero skills (other cloud software a bonus)

Strong knowledge of BAS, IAS, GST, and payroll

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

A proactive, solutions-driven mindset

High attention to detail and a genuine interest in supporting business success
