Your Role:

Lead a high-performing team in a modern mining workshop with real career growth opportunities. We're seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee production, pre-delivery, and rebuild operations in a busy Kalgoorlie branch.

• Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of Heavy Diesel Fitters, Auto Electricians, and Rebuild Technicians
• Oversee workshop operations across pre-delivery, component refurbishment, and rebuilds on a range of underground hardrock mining machinery
• Ensure jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and to OEM standards
• Monitor WIP, manage warranty claims, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a strong safety culture aligned with Zero Harm principles

Roster and Travel:

This is a residential position where you'll be home every night. You must live within a 1-hour radius of Kalgoorlie.

• 8:6 roster (DAY SHIFT ONLY)
• Working 10-12-hour days (starting at 6am)
• Flexible work hours for a better work life balance and WFH opportunities
• Drive to and from site in a company Ute whilst on swing.
• Residential role - stay in your own bed every night!

What We're Looking For:

You will have come from a background within the mining industry and have extensive experience working on a range of mining machinery.

• Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Auto Electrician (or similar)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a mining or OEM workshop
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and team development
• Computer literacy and excellent communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience with OEM equipment and systems
• Knowledge of mining processes and component-level rebuilds
