About the role:

• Opportunities for full time permanency with brand new and estabished companies
• Transitioning plants through operational readiness and nameplate operation
• Lead a team and set the cultural and performance standard
• Liaise and cooperate with the maintenance & metallurgy teams along with site vendors
• Assist with the development of the PTW system and writing of operational procedures for the plant
• Career progression on offer with structured succession plans
• Work on Processing Plants consisting of - Control Room, Thickeners, Gravity, Crushing, Grinding, Leaching/CIL, Gold Room, TSF

Experience Required:

• 8+ years' experience as a Process Supervisor or Leading Hand on a gold site preferred
• Commissioning experience is highly desirable for this role
• Flotation, CIL, Control Room and Gold Room experience are all desirable
• SCADA/CITECT experience paired up with PTW experience
• Great project management and communication skills with staff and vendors
• Willing to be malleable with day to day requirements of the job

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre emplyment medical and drug and alcohol screen
• Must have a valid drivers licence
• 2 Recent contactable references
• Must be able to provide a clean police clearance
• Great attitude
• Transparent with communication
