At Concrete Society, you’ll be working for the “Concrete Installer” rather than the “Concrete Supplier” primarily servicing our own projects which makes this role perfect for someone not wanting to work full-time hours.

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Agitator Truck Driver to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:-

Transport concrete to various locations within the Perth Metro and surrounding areas.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation around dispatch facilities.

Operate the agitator truck safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries.

Regularly inspect the concrete mixer for safety and quality compliance.

Follow all safety, health, and environmental guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.

Abide by company protocols, procedures, and driver instructions.

Support maintenance tasks as directed, including completing the Daily Operator Checklist and keeping the truck and mixer clean.

Regularly check the concrete in the mixer to ensure it meets specified standards.

Manage the slump of each load to ensure it stays within acceptable limits.

Skills and Experience:-

Valid MC, HC, or HR Driver Licence with a clean driving record.

Prior experience as an agitator driver

Possession of a Construction White Card.

WorkSafe WA Fatigue Management Certificate.

Strong dedication to safety with a comprehensive understanding of safety regulations.

Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with keen attention to detail.

Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and the ability to perform routine checks.

Physical capability to handle job demands, including lifting heavy objects.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when required.
