360 Health + Community is an established, experienced and growing not-for-profit organisation delivering specialised mental health services, headspace (x3), suicide prevention, psychosocial support, chronic health & aged care, allied health, Street Doctor, and NDIS support coordination and allied health services. We operate throughout the Perth metropolitan area, the Mid-West (out of Geraldton), and the Goldfields (out of Kalgoorlie). In delivering our NDIS support coordination and recovery coaching services we specialise in the psychosocial domain and work with complex participants, including those living with more than one disability.

About the roles – Mental Health Clinicians

This is an opportunity for experienced clinicians to join our dedicated team to deliver Integrated Primary Mental Health Care for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people. This includes low intensity psychological intervention (LIPI), psychological therapy and care coordination. It requires exemplary clinical skills to set a high standard for the team of person-centred, evidence-based, and relationship-based therapeutic intervention, and an ability to provide high-quality supervision and mentoring within the team setting.

Team members travel periodically, including overnight stays, to connect with communities in the wider Mid-West health region such as in Three Springs, Meekatharra and Carnarvon.

What we are looking for / being successful in the role, you will have:

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology (with AHPRA registration) or Social Work (with AASW registration and accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker).
• Highly developed knowledge and skills in assessment and counselling using a range of evidence-based therapeutic models.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written communication skills particularly in the development of quality treatment plans, case notes and progress reports.
• A current full drivers' license (essential), National Police Clearance Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker registration.

360 Health + Community offers:

An attractive remuneration package based on:

• $53.89 to $62.53 per hour PLUS superannuation.
• Positions are offered as full-time but applications for 0.8 FTE (4 days per week) may be considered.

Starting rate based on the qualifications and experience you bring to the role. Appointments are usually made at the starting rate for the band.
