Trade/Counter Salesperson – Keilor Park or Dandenong South

Vic Air Supplies is a leading Australian-owned supplier of heating, cooling, ventilation, and Sheetmetal products to the domestic and commercial industry. Proudly operating for over 30 years, we have built a reputation for quality products and excellent service.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Trade/Counter Salesperson to join our fast-paced sales team. This single position will be based at either our Keilor Park or Dandenong South branch, depending on the successful candidate’s location and suitability.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be self-motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in working with trade customers in a busy counter sales environment. You’ll play an important part in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service from the moment they place an order right through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong customer service and exceed customer expectations

Manage orders across phone, email, and in-person counter sales

Accurately process, pick, and coordinate customer orders for delivery

Troubleshoot and problem-solve to support customer needs

Work effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment

Role Requirements

Previous experience dealing with trade customers (HVAC industry experience highly regarded)

A positive, energetic attitude with a solutions-focused mindset

Knowledge of MS Nav or a similar system (advantageous but not essential)

Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
