We are seeking dedicated Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our dynamic Anaesthetics team. About the Role As a Registered or Enrolled Nurse in Anaesthetics, you will provide safe, compassionate care for patients before, during, and after surgery. You will coordinate with anaesthetists, surgeons, and the perioperative team to ensure excellence in patient safety and outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with the management of anaesthesia care, including preoperative assessment and intraoperative monitoring
• Ensuring patient safety during anaesthesia, managing potential complications, and maintaining a high level of clinical expertise
• Providing effective post-anaesthesia care and managing postoperative recovery
• Acting as a patient advocate and ensuring optimal outcomes throughout the perioperative journey
• Supporting perioperative workflow and maintaining timely theatre schedules
• Communicating effectively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and nursing teams
• Demonstrating sound clinical judgment and adaptability in a busy environment
• Promoting a culture of safety, empathy, and respect across all interactions

About You You are a motivated and confident Registered or Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in delivering exceptional care. Your calm, solution-focused approach allows you to navigate challenges with professionalism, and you thrive as part of a collaborative team. To be successful, you will have:

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled and Registered Nurse.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in anaesthetic nursing.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• ALS and PALS certification (desirable).
• Excellent communication, time management, and clinical decision-making skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach to patient care.

Remuneration: On offer is a base hourly rate ranging fromEnrolled Nurse: $35.78 - $39.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD EEN level 1-2 gr1-gr6) Registered Nurse: $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8).
