HAYS has partnered with a well-established developer-builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects across Southeast Queensland, who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a landmark multi-residential development in Redcliffe, QLD.

Your new role

You will oversee a two-stage, 12-storey apartment project comprising 214 units, three basement levels, extensive ground floor retail and commercial tenancies, and a podium-level recreation deck.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will manage a site team of up to 12 professionals and take full responsibility for the project lifecycle - from design and pre-construction through to handover.

• Lead and mentor site teams to deliver project milestones safely and efficiently
• Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract negotiations
• Drive quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards
• Champion a proactive safety culture across all project phases
• Collaborate with consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years' construction experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale multi-residential apartment projects
  
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
  
• QBCC Open Builder Supervisors Licence (essential)
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
• Proficiency in construction management platforms and reporting tools
