Centenary Pool Mart at Westlake is looking for a instore swimming pool maintenance specialist to join our Team. The role is to support our store manager in the day to day Pool Shop operations. The role would suit an Experienced Pool Technician who wants to take their career in the pool industry to the next level.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In store water testing and advice.

Receiving pool service booking requests and creating jobs in PoolTrackr.

Helping to coordinate equipment for installations.

In store sales.

Warranty claim management.

Pool service bookings management.

Minor instore pool equipment repairs and fault finding.

Customer service.

Stock control

About You:

Pool industry knowledge & experience (min 2 years)
