Night Auditor – Part Time (3 Nights per Week)

We’re seeking a Night Auditor (Part Time – 3 nights per week) to ensure smooth overnight operations, combining guest services, financial auditing, and property security.

What you’ll be doing

Accurately reconcile and balance daily hotel transactions.

Verify room charges, cash, credit card, and ledger postings.

Process accounts receivable and prepare nightly audit reports.

Ensure compliance with hotel financial and accounting procedures.

Complete nightly financial audits, balancing accounts, and preparing end-of-day reports.

Assist with front desk duties including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.

Answer overnight phone calls, manage wake-up requests, and provide limited room service.

Conduct hotel security patrols, monitor guest movements, and maintain building security.

Respond to emergencies and ensure guest safety at all times.

Maintain public areas overnight—ensuring the lobby, Lounge, common areas, and pool deck remain clean, safe, and welcoming.

Support other departments by collecting linen, clearing trays, or assisting with event/restaurant setups.

Deliver warm and professional customer service to all guests during overnight hours.

What we’re looking for

Previous hotel or front office experience preferred.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Confident working independently and staying calm under pressure.

Comfortable with overnight security checks, lifting trays/linen, and light cleaning tasks.

Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Protel) and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights

10:00pm – 7:00am
