Your Role

• Lead the month-end close, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and variance analysis
• Prepare and lodge BAS, FBT, and payroll tax with precision
• Review and process journals to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Manage AR/AP, invoicing, and debtor follow-ups
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and annual audit cycles
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register
• Partner with business leaders to monitor performance and influence positive change

About You

• Degree in Accounting with 3–5 years’ experience
• Fluency in Mandarin and experience working across international teams
• Background in construction projects and ERP systems (advantageous)
• Strong Excel and reporting skills, with an analytical eye
• Excellent communicator and proactive problem-solver
