Are you a CA/CPA qualified accountant with a passion for turning data into actionable insights? We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team in Perth's Southern suburbs.

The Role:
As a key member of the finance team, you will provide accurate financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support business decision-making. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management reports and forecasts, highlighting variances and trends.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to improve financial processes.
• Maintain and enhance ERP systems for accurate reporting.
• Utilise Power BI to deliver dashboards and visualisations for management.

About You:

• You will be CA/CPA qualified.
• Proven experience in management accounting, preferably within a commercial or corporate environment.
• Proficient in Power BI with the ability to create interactive dashboards and reports.
• Proven working knowledge of SAP, Pronto or similar ERP
• A strong ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
