At Campbell Page, we’re building something new under the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) contract — helping more people with disability into meaningful jobs.
Help people with higher or complex needs sustain meaningful employment. As an Ongoing Support Mentor, you’ll provide tailored, long-term support that makes a genuine difference.
About the Role
Once participants secure employment, some require extra help to remain in work. That’s where you come in. You’ll work with individuals who face significant barriers — including disability, mental health, addiction, and trauma — ensuring they are supported to thrive in the workplace.
Your role will include:
- Conducting Ongoing Support appointments and assessments
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and workplace support
- Linking participants with training or external services as needed
- Collaborating with Employment Mentors and employers to reduce risks to placements
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring resilience, empathy, and the maturity to manage sensitive situations with care. Ideally, you’ll have experience supporting high-need participants, case management skills, and knowledge of disability or community services.
About Us
At Campbell Page, we’re all about people. As a community-first not-for-profit, our mission is simple: empower people to thrive. Under the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program, we’re breaking down barriers and building inclusive workplaces across the country.
We’re committed to building a culturally safe, inclusive, and accessible workplace. We welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disabilities, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, mature age workers, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Diversity strengthens our team and helps us better serve our communities.
Why Join Us?
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support staff wellbeing
- Purpose-driven work in employment and community services — be part of a values-driven, inclusive organisation
- Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance
- NFP salary packaging – reduce your taxable income and take home more pay
- 17.5% leave loading, monthly RDOs, and Thrive Leave after 12 months
- Impact-focused culture – everything we do is about helping people and communities thrive
Start Date: End of October - November
Apply now: If you’re passionate about creating sustainable employment opportunities and can bring empathy and resilience to the role, we’d love to hear from you.
