We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our Remedial Massage and Natural Health Practice.

We are a remedial massage and infrared sauna clinic with two locations in Sydney's beautiful Eastern Suburbs. We specialise in remedial massage and provide a range of other massage modalities, infrared saunas and our unique outdoor massages by the sea!

We are looking for a friendly, positive person with strong administrative skills and experience and a genuine interest in the Natural Health Industry to join our reception team. This is a varied and busy role within a friendly and supportive environment. It includes reception and house-keeping duties and would suit somebody who enjoys working in a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the front reception desk.

Practitioner support and management of their schedules

Order products and supplies and stock-take

Taking payments via HICAPS, EFTPOS, cash and online

Skills and requirements:

Experience and/or education in health business administration

Strong customer service skills

Open to feedback

Proficient computer skills

Knowledge of client management programs or able to learn

Strong time management skills

Excellent presentation and professional manners

Australian car licence and car would be an advantage

Role:

Part time position (27.5 hours)

Thursdays and Fridays 8am - 6.30pm, Saturdays 8am - 4pm

Extra hours available from time to time to cover the 7-day week reception roster
