We're cleaners, yes. But more than that, we're resetters. We help people breathe again in their homes — whether they're flat-out busy, feeling overwhelmed, or just need a hand staying on top of it all.

The Neat Freaks was built by Linda — the kind of person who leads from the front. You'll find her in the office, in the field, training the crew, or having a chat with clients she's known for years. She built this business with elbow grease, high standards, and a big heart. No fluff. Just solid, honest work.

And it turns out, that's what a lot of people are looking for — so we're growing.

Who we're looking for

We're on the lookout for more Neat Freaks to join our growing crew.

You don't need to be a cleaning expert (we'll show you the ropes), but we are after people who:

Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Have a car and licence (you'll head out to different jobs)

Must hold any valid driver's licence with no minimum holding period required

Are fit and able to do active work (lots of movement!)

Must have moderate fitness levels to meet the physical demands of the role

Must be able to lift 10kg or more, stand for 4+ hours, and climb stairs or ladders as required

Are happy to get a police check and have a COVID vax

Are friendly, reliable, and drama-free

Bonus points if you like dogs or label things for fun

What the job looks like

Your days will include:

Giving homes a proper, satisfying clean

Helping people feel calm and in control again

Working solo or in a pair depending on the job
