We are seeking reliable Casual Builders Cleaners to join our team in Melbourne. This role involves carrying out detailed post-construction cleans, ensuring properties are spotless and ready for handover.

You will work across residential and commercial building sites, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver a high standard of work consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform builders cleans on newly completed properties (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, etc.)

Clean windows, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and fixtures to presentation standard

Safely use cleaning equipment and approved chemicals

Follow workplace health & safety procedures at all times

Report site issues, defects, or hazards to supervisor

What We’re Looking For

High attention to detail and pride in your work

White Card (Construction Induction Card) – essential

Previous cleaning experience (builders clean, end of lease, or commercial cleaning) preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude

What We Offer

Award pay rates: $32.31/hr + super (weekday casual rate under Cleaning Services Award Level 1)

Penalty rates for weekends and public holidays as per Award

Training, PPE, and uniforms provided
