Your Role Will Involve

• Operating, setting, and adjusting injection moulding machines (IML experience highly regarded)
• Troubleshooting and resolving machine issues to keep downtime to a minimum
• Conducting quality checks and preventative maintenance tasks
• Supporting machine set-ups, improvements, and automation projects
• Maintaining a safe, efficient, and clean production environment
• Working closely with the team to achieve production and quality targets

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in injection moulding operations (IML robotics a strong plus)
• Strong troubleshooting and technical aptitude
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
• Leadership potential and the ambition to step up as Afternoon Shift Team Leader
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain – support provided)
