As One Labour Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our team in Morwell, Victoria. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects.

What you'll be doing

Fabricating, assembling and repairing metal structures, vessels, tanks and other equipment

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

Operating a variety of welding equipment, including MIG, TIG and stick welding

Performing metal cutting and grinding tasks using power tools

Collaborating with the broader construction team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

Boilermaking or Welding trade qualification

Demonstrated experience as a Boilermaker or Welder, ideally within the trades and services industry

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

Skilled in the use of a variety of welding equipment and power tools

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment
