As a Clinic Team Leader at Nexia Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational and clinical functions of our services, ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Management:

Oversee the clinical operations, ensuring alignment with Nexia Healthcare’s mission, values, and service delivery standards.

Support a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, pediatricians, and allied health professionals.

Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain and improve the quality of clinical services through regular audits, training, and professional development initiatives.

Facilitate clinical meetings for case discussions, providing guidance and triaging supports within our multi-disciplinary team.

Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, mentor, and develop clinical and operational staff to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Lead team meetings, providing clear communication on organizational goals and updates.

Create and sustain a culture of continuous improvement, emphasizing professional growth and innovation in service delivery.

Collaborate with administrative teams to optimize clinic efficiency and patient care pathways.

Ensure adherence to data protection and confidentiality standards, particularly for sensitive client information.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including families, schools, and community organizations.

Represent Nexia Healthcare at industry events, promoting the organization’s vision and services.

Act as a point of contact for feedback from clients and stakeholders, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

Degree in allied health, psychology, social work, healthcare management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in a relevant area are highly desirable.

Experience in clinical management within neurodevelopment or mental health services.

Strong knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements in healthcare.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.

Desirable:

Experience in private healthcare settings or organizations specializing in neurodevelopmental and mental health.

Proven track record in operational planning and project management.

Experience working to KPI structures.
