About You:

You are qualified as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Rehabilitation Counsellor with relevant registration or accreditation. You are analytical, solution-focused, and detail-oriented. You are honest, collaborative, and positive. A true team player. You hold a current Police Clearance or are willing to obtain one. Comcare or injury management experience is a bonus

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough client assessments and create tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients and stakeholders.
• Continuously look for ways to improve client experience and outcomes.
