Our Lonsdale site is a brand-new workshop (18 months old), built with the latest diagnostic technology and modern facilities to support our Kia and Isuzu dealerships. We’re now looking for a Workshop Controller to join our leadership team and play a critical role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll lead and coordinate a team of 14 skilled technicians. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be responsible for:

Job allocation, scheduling, and workflow management

Monitoring productivity and efficiency across the workshop

Quality control on completed work

Coordinating closely with parts and service advisors

Ensuring compliance with OEM (Kia & Isuzu) service standards and warranty processes

Driving continuous improvement in workshop performance

Who We’re Looking For

We are ideally seeking an experienced Workshop Controller with dealership experience. However, if you’re a highly organised senior technician ready to step off the tools and into leadership, we want to hear from you.

You’ll bring:

Automotive trade qualification (or equivalent)

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Excellent planning and organisational ability

Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and workshop software

A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail
