Social Worker | Part Time - 2 days p/wk | $80-85K | Veterans & Community Health

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team supporting Veterans and the wider community.

About the Role:
Starting in mid-October 2025, this part-time position (2 days per week) is based at our Frankston clinic, with opportunities for additional Telehealth and future expansion into new sites.

You will provide high-quality social work support to a Veteran-focused caseload, while also working with adult community patients referred through our clinics. Initially managing a smaller caseload, you will have the opportunity to grow your caseload as demand increases.

This is a generalist social work role, involving health coordination, referrals, and connecting patients with appropriate resources.

You’ll work across both clinic and community settings, supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team including Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Dietitians, and Podiatrists.

Salary & Benefits:

$85,000 base (pro rata) + superannuation

A qualified Social Worker with strong communication and organisational skills

Current AASW membership

Experience with Veterans, NDIS, or community health is highly regarded but not essential
