THE POSITION

This is a dynamic support and coordination role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment. You'll act as the central liaison for key commercial projects-managing timelines, customer communication, and technical documentation alongside the internal sales and account management team.

Your responsibilities will include:
🗂️ Managing multiple ongoing projects from quote to delivery
📋 Preparing quotes from architectural drawings & floorplans
📞 Providing updates to clients regarding timelines, changes, or potential issues
📦 Coordinating deliveries & ensuring packaging meets bespoke specifications
🧾 Handling sales admin: contracts, CRM updates, reports & calendar management
👥 Being the first point of contact for enquiries from Designers, Architects, and Trade Clients

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Experience in Internal Sales, Project Coordination, or Customer Support in the lighting space is a MUST
✅ Background in electrical wholesaling or working with product-based businesses in the built environment is highly regarded
✅ Passion for design, architecture, and beautifully crafted products
✅ Strong attention to detail, professional communication, and client care skills
✅ High energy, self-driven and eager to build a lasting career with a leading player in the space
