We’re looking for a mid-level developer who can do more than just churn out code. Someone who can actually talk to clients, listen to what they need, and translate that into software that works. Not just technically works, but actually makes sense to the people using it.

You’ll be joining a small but growing product and delivery team. Which means your fingerprints will be all over what gets built, shipped, and used. If you like being a cog in a big corporate wheel, this won’t be for you. If you like variety, autonomy, and the thrill (and occasional chaos) of a scaling environment, you’ll probably thrive.

What you’ll need to bring to the table:

• Python, Postgres, Javascript.
• Some frontend chops in React or Vue
• A decent grasp of APIs and how to make them play nice.
• Experience with agile/lean ways of working
• An eye for detail when it comes to user experience, because if the end user hates it, what’s the point?
