We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team at Copperfields Preschool.

At Copperfields Preschool we've created a nurturing, trusting and caring environment that focuses on celebrating and encouraging each child's uniqueness and creativity. We provide a high quality and innovative educational program for children. Play-based learning is at the heart of our programs. Play helps children understand their world by "playing out" what they have seen in the real world. Play also assists children in learning and discovering in an interactive environment that's responsive to their needs. This enables children to communicate with peers comfortably.

This is a part-time, ongoing position working 9.75 hours per week on Thursdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with an additional fortnightly planning day on Fridays from 8:00am to 11:15am.

About you

• You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
• You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
• You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
• You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
• You value kindness and respect.
• You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
• You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate.
