Your Role as an Early Childhood Assistant

What You'll Do

Plan and implement engaging learning activities that spark curiosity

Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space for all children

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Encourage children's independence, creativity, and problem-solving

Support daily centre operations and learning objectives

Assist with documentation and general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
✔ Experience working in an early childhood education setting
✔ Valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification
✔ Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
✔ Full Australian working rights
