Action Workforce is collaborating with a prominent 3PL company that specializes in transportation and global supply chain solutions. We are currently looking for a team leader for a luxury customer at our facility located in Banksmeadow.

💥 About the role:

✅Assign, monitor, and assist warehouse associates with tasks such as picking, packing, sorting, and loading/unloading.

✅Ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

✅Prioritize workloads based on inbound and outbound schedules as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).

✅Provide assistance to team members with any issues related to orders.

✅Maintain effective communication within the team.

✅Address requests from the client’s Customer Service department.

✅Manage email correspondence, both sending and responding.

✅Keep records of internal KPIs and other administrative files. - Demonstrate a multitasking and detail-oriented approach.

✅Adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

✅Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a solid understanding of Excel is preferred.
