We are currently seeking experienced forklift operators to join our client's team. This is a fast paced environment that operates 24/7 so as such we are looking for people who can hit the ground running. This will be an ongoing role for the right candidate.

Some key responsibilities will include:

Forklift operation in a very fast paced production environment

Have the ability to stack chep/loscam pallets in warehouse environment at a decent pace without damaging product - Ensuring straight stacks

Loading/ Unloading chep/loscam pallets laden with products.

General cleaning and maintenance duties

Working to HACCP standards & Quality Checks

Packaging of Goods

Manual handling (12+kg)

The successful candidate:

Be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and take direction well

Sound numeracy & literacy skills

Have a positive attitude

Able to communicate and work in a team environment

Strong attention to detail

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you must have:

Hold a current LF high risk work licence

A right to work in Australia (Australian Birth Certificate/Passport/Citizenship or Working Visa without restrictions)

Be able to work 3 and/or 4 week rotating shift work which consist of Days, afternoons, nights & weekend work (2 weekends per month)

Be physically fit

Have reliable transport & committed to shifts

Have a commitment to adhere to both RSM People's and the Host Employer's workplace health and safety procedures, policies and relevant statutory legislation.

Be able to pass D&A Screening
