We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented High-Reach Freezer Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment. Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of $38p/h
• Monday – Friday with shift times of 5am-1pm, 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming stock
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with stock counts and reporting discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous freezer experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred
• Valid forklift licence with high reach experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual handling tasks
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Availability to work varying shifts, including some weekends
