The opportunity

PSC Energy is growing, and we’re looking for quality people to grow with us. Whether you’re:

An SAA-accredited solar installer ready to hit the ground running, or

A licensed electrician with a standard licence looking to step into the solar and battery industry—we want to hear from you.

For successful applicants who don’t yet have their solar and battery accreditation, we’ll support you through the required training and qualifications within your first three months on the job.

Once accredited, you’ll have opportunities to step into leadership roles and earn performance-based incentives as part of a high-performing crew.

About the role

You’ll work alongside some of the most skilled electricians and apprentices in the industry. Every day you’ll be hands-on with cutting-edge solar systems, battery storage, and EV charging installations.

Requirements

Licensed Electrician (Contractor, Supervisor, or Standard Licence)

SAA accreditation (preferred) or willingness to complete solar & battery course within 3 months

Great communicator and team player

Strong customer service focus

Leadership qualities or desire to step into a leadership role

Valid driver’s licence
