This role involves taking customer orders and fulfilling those orders by heating food, making coffee and presenting the customer with a satisfying meal or snack.

The atmosphere is very fast paced and focussed on producing a quality product.

As important is loving the customer. It sounds weird but it is at least 70% of our success.

Our all girl team cares about the customer and each other. We lose very few employees due to moving to another similar job. Hardly any, since we try to look after each other as best we can. At this time we need to hire because one girl is applying for jobs related to her uni degree which she just completed. We are very happy for her and support her in this. Another girl is joining a church related mission for a year starting in January, so we need to train someone up before these two officially leave. The age range of the girls that currently work here is around 16 to 23yrs old.

This role offers many shifts. We may even need two baristas.

Shifts generally start at 5am and finish around 12pm. We operate 7 days a week.

Experience is not necessary. If you work hard, think quick, and are a loving person, we can teach you the rest. If you do not have one of these qualities, the experience won't help you here. We look forward to hearing from you!
