Here at BLACKROC, we're looking for an experienced Modern Workplace & Cloud Engineer to join a growing technology team and play a key role in advancing the company’s cloud-first strategy.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll:

• Design, build, and manage secure Azure environments, virtual desktops, networking, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Support enterprise IAM systems, including SAML/OpenID, and ensure workplace security and compliance (ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
• Drive automation, process improvements, and disaster recovery planning across cloud operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, provide Tier 2/3 support, and mentor team members.

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, cloud networking, and high-availability environments.
• Proficiency with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Infrastructure as Code).
• Experience with modern workplace tools, SD-WAN (e.g., Cisco Meraki), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, endpoint protection, and security best practices.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
