We are seeking skilled Plumbers to join our team!
Start Date – ASAP - ONGOING WORK
Perth metro area
Up to $55 an hour + Super
Full-time hours, Monday - Friday
Tasks & Responsibilities
This role is through Arra’s projects side of the business, performing planned preventative maintenance work and breakdowns for the Government at various hospital locations around Perth. There is an opportunity to join and work for the Government direct as a full-time employee after 6 months working for Arra.
Install and configure water supply, drainage, and waste disposal systems to meet building codes and design requirements.

Inspection and Testing
Compliance with Building Codes and Safety Standards
Coordination with Other Trades
Maintain detailed records of materials used, work completed, and any deviations from original plans. Document the plumbing layout for future maintenance or repairs.
Identify and address any issues that arise during or after installation. Ensure that any necessary adjustments are made before final handover.
Qualifications & Experience
Must have Australian recognised Trade Qualification
White Card
Valid Driver’s Licence
Must have Police Clearance
Rights to work in Australia
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
Minimum Criteria:
Minimum 3 years experience in Plumbing & Gas Fitting industry
Sound knowledge & Awareness to AS3500 & local regulations
Experience in Facilities Management settings desirable.
Strong sense of team and passion to develop others as well as self.
Results focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome for all stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple priorities.
An ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, subcontractors, senior management and client representatives.
Ability to work unsupervised to a schedule.
