IFM Group is a WA-owned industrial maintenance company based in Naval Base. We deliver civil, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical services, supporting some of Western Australia’s most respected mining, maritime, and agricultural organisations.

We are seeking skilled and motivated Plumbers to join our team and contribute to projects across WA’s leading industrial sites.

The role is based in Naval Base, servicing the Cockburn and Kwinana industrial strip. It will commence on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition to full-time for the right candidate/s.

Role Requirements:

Trade qualified Plumber

Previous experience in industrial or commercial maintenance

Knowledge of industry regulations, procedures, and safety requirements

Experience in poly welding, backflow prevention, working at heights, and confined space (advantageous)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and lead others

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Neat and professional appearance

Physically fit and capable of manual labour

Own tools of the trade

Proactive approach to safety and site requirements

Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

Desirable (but not essential) licences and tickets
The following licences and tickets are considered advantageous: Working at Heights, Confined Space, Elevated Work Platform (EWP), HR Driver’s Licence, Forklift Licence (LF), Telehandler Ticket (Gold Card), Gas Test Atmospheres, High Risk Work Licence, and MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card).
