📅 Upcoming Induction

Your first week will be a 5-day face-to-face induction to welcome you to the business and also provide TCI training. If successful, you will be required to attend the next upcoming induction:

• Monday 3rd November - Friday 7th November, 9am-5pm.

🫶 What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
• Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
• Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
• Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
• Working collaboratively on individualised care plans

💼 What You’ll Bring

• Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services (or related field)
• If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, you may be eligible for an exemption
• Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
• Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
• Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
