About the Role:
We are currently seeking Boom Gate Operators / Traffic Controllers to join our team at a leading mine site located in Dysart, QLD. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong site access control, traffic management, and security experience looking for consistent work on a reputable site.
This position operates on a 7/7 roster, with alternating day and night shifts.
Roster & Hours:

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM

• 7/7 Roster (DIDO)
• $45 per hour + super
• 12.5 hour shifts

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold all of the following:

• Coal Board Medical
• Standard 11 Induction
• Certificate II in Security Operations
• HLTPAT005 - Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse (specimen collection)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate boom gates and control site access in accordance with safety protocols
• Conduct traffic control duties to ensure safe movement of vehicles and personnel
• Perform drug and alcohol testing in line with site requirements
• Maintain accurate site access logs and incident reports
• Ensure a high level of safety, vigilance, and communication at all times
