About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Skin & Body Therapist to join our team. They focus on non-surgical fat reduction and body shaping using techniques like CryoSkin, Neuromuscular Stimulation, and other innovative treatments. Their role includes providing personalised consultations, delivering expert treatments, and helping clients achieve their confidence and wellness goals.

Treatments:

Perform non-surgical body treatments, including CryoSkin Fat Freezing, Neuromuscular Stimulation, Full Body Cryotherapy, Compression Therapy, and Hyperbaric Chamber.

Deliver beauty treatments: CryoFacials, LED therapy.

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations to understand client goals

Prepare treatment plans and recommend appropriate treatments

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client retention

Achieve sales targets and meet budgets

Sales targets are set as performance goals to support business growth and personal development

Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling and maintaining client records

Maintain clinic cleanliness and orderliness

Ability to work autonomously

Experience Required:

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required

Qualifications in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy

Any recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy is required for this position

Passion for body, skin, health, and wellness transformation

Drive to make clients look and feel their best

Confidence in consulting and presenting treatment plans

Exceptional customer service skills
