About the role

Join the vibrant team at Brazil Wax Beauty Bar as a Beauty Therapist in our Wynnum salon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of professional and high level beauty treatments to our valued clients. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you will help our clients look and feel their best.

What you'll be doing

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including body waxing, Brazilian and bikini waxing, brow artistry, lash lift, holistic facials, dermaplaning, Dermalux Led light therapy, Ems Body sculpt and Teeth Whitening for all genders.

Making appointments, taking deposits and managing calendar efficiently

Recommend products and packages confidently, with the ability to close sales and guide clients into tailored treatment plans

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon

Assist with stock management and salon presentation

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Ability to create social media and have fun creating tik-tok videos welcome

What we're looking for

Certificate III , IV in Beauty Therapy or Diploma in Beauty

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in client retention and hitting performance targets

Strong customer service skills and a passion for making clients feel comfortable

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high quality service

Flexible and adaptable, able to work a range of shifts including late nights and weekends

A positive, friendly and professional attitude

Strong work ethics, professional, great communicator with great presentation all the times

Experience in advanced skin treatments, IPL hair removal, body treatments, massage, body contouring, Brazilian lymphatic massage, makeup, and lash extensions is very welcome.

We welcome a beauty therapist who’s ready to step into a salon management role. Prior experience is highly valued, with the opportunity to grow into leadership while continuing to work on the floor. We’re seeking someone confident in team support, daily operations, and client care—someone eager to grow with us and help elevate the business.
