They’re building something new, and need a senior engineer who can take the lead, deliver at scale, and set standards. The Identity & Access pod will define how we manage identity, access, and governance for a growing customer base – and you'll turn complexity into repeatable, secure, and supportable processes. You’ll work closely with our new Cloud Engineering Manager, engaging with customers to understand their environments and requirements, then translating that into modern, scalable identity solutions. It’s not about dictating or building bespoke setups every time – it’s about creating frameworks that work across multiple clients. This is hands-on, delivery-focused work, but it also demands strategic thinking, mentorship, and continual improvement. You’ll take what’s been done, tweak it, and turn it into something best-in-class – and then show the rest of the pod how to do it too. What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and implementing identity and access solutions across Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365.
• Leading migrations, RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, and privileged access strategies.
• Embedding repeatable processes so solutions can be applied across 50+ customers efficiently.
• Mentoring engineers, documenting frameworks, and contributing to continual improvement of the pod.
• Collaborating with customers to understand requirements, guide solutions, and balance technical best practice with their needs.
