What you’ll be doing:

Managing a portfolio of planning projects, from feasibility through approvals.

Preparing and reviewing high-quality planning reports and submissions.

Engaging with clients, councils, and key stakeholders to deliver strong outcomes.

Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the collaborative culture.

Applying your commercial awareness to balance client objectives with planning policy and community benefit.

What we’re looking for:

5+ years’ town planning experience within consultancy or local government.

Strong knowledge of the Victorian Planning System and VCAT processes.

Excellent report writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

A motivated planner who enjoys problem-solving and driving successful outcomes.

Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning or related field.
