Job Title: HR Tandem Truck Driver (Multi Skilled Civil Operator)

Hourly Rate: $35-45 per hour

SCG Civil, a leading construction and infrastructure development company, is seeking an experienced and Multi Skilled Civil Plant Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving HR Tandem Tipper.

Operate Excavator (an advantage, but not a must)

General Labouring duties may also be required at some of our job sites.

Assessing loads and hauling materials to designated tipping sites.

Drive to and from work/tip sites being loaded via excavator/posi-track

Pick up material from quarries in job site areas and deliver

Prestart checks

Self-loading or getting loaded by others with materials from site

General housekeeping of plant and equipment to a high standard.

Requirements:

Experience in civil operation

Current Drivers Licence, HR and HC - Syncro or Non Syncro

Relevant Plant Operator Tickets

Construction Induction Card

Must be proactive, energetic with a positive can-do attitude

Be flexible and have the ability to adapt to changing demands

A commitment to workplace safety and compliance

Be flexible with start and finish times depending on site requirements

Experience in driving a heavy combination truck

A good knowledge of Melbourne suburbs
