The Role

This is a hands-on role for an experienced Rigger who wants to keep working on the tools while developing toward a Leading Hand position. You’ll bring motivation, skill, and a solid grasp of rigging methodology to our dynamic projects.

Key Responsibilities

Rigging and installing structural steel components

Assisting with crane setup and pack-down

Running and bolting purlins

Directing cranes with whistles, hand signals, and radios

Slinging loads securely and efficiently

Drilling, installing chemical fasteners, and general ground labour

Safely operating various EWP access equipment

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven structural steel rigging experience

HRW Licence (minimum RB, DG, WP)

EWP Licence (over & under 11m / Yellow Card)

Working at Heights Certificate

Construction Induction Card (White/Blue Card)

Own basic rigging tools

Strong focus on safety and ability to read/interpret plans
