About the Role
We are expanding our team of Employment Advisors at our Humpty Doo site. This role comes at an exciting time as Ironbark transitions from the Community Development Program (CDP) to the new Remote Australia Employment Services (RAES) program. As part of this change, you will support the delivery of government-funded employment programs by providing person-centred case management, assisting Jobseekers, and ensuring compliance with program requirements.
This position is well suited to someone with a strong understanding of community needs, program compliance, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of Jobseekers.
We are looking for a suitable applicant who has:
- Experience in the community development program or other employment service provision and training programs
- Certificate III or above in Employment Services/Community Services an advantage
- Knowledge of the local labour market
- Ability to engage with community stakeholders and employers
- Strong administrative skills
- Highly motivated
- Ability to travel within the Darwin / Daly service region
